Terms of Service

Feel free to reach out to me on any socials to commission me! I will update my socials if commissions are opened or closed and how many slots are left. Make sure to read all the info before proceeding!

Payments

  • All payments will be done through my kofi to keep things private. https://ko-fi.com/jokerisok

  • If you need another option to pay, let me know and we can discuss.

  • There will be a 50% payment before starting the commission. The other 50% will be paid after the commission is done.

Process and Delivery

  • You can keep track of any progress on your commission on my Trello Board! (link below)

Trello Board

  • Notify me of any changes needed during the sketching and line art process.- Any major changes you need after I have begun the coloring/rendering stage may be an additional cost. Changes such as colors will be made free of charge.

  • Please allow up to a week for the commission. Due to life, there may be unexpected delays. I will let you know if more time is needed.

  • I work on commissions on a first come, first serve basis. If someone has requested a commission before you, I will work on theirs first before getting to yours.

Commission Disclaimers

  • I’m fine with drawing whatever, except for the following:

    • NSFW (Slightly suggestive stuff is fine)

    • Problematic Imagery or Items

    • Mechs/Mecha

  • I have the right to reject the commission if I am uncomfortable with it.

  • Please provide references and any details for the commission! This can be photos, a written description, etc.

  • Any additional requests you have before I start, feel free to tell me about, such as design, pose, background, color, etc.

  • I may post your commissions or use it as an example for future commissions. If you aren't okay with this, let me know! It will be posted with a watermark.

  • I may also stream your commission being worked on. I will also ask you beforehand if you are okay with this.

Commercial Use

  • Art used for the following falls under Commercial Use:

    • Merchandise

    • Stream and Video Assets

    • Posters/Album Art

    • Designs specifically for Commercial Use

There will be an additional charge of 50% for Commercial Use.

Customer TOS

  • Do not resell the art unless you are using it for commercial use.

  • Using the art for AI or NFT use is prohibited.

  • Feel free to post your commission with credit to @jokerisok!
